Felix, described as a rough and cool guy but he's not a bad guy. He's created with the concept contrasting with Riley.

Even though I couldn't truly tell by the thumbnail, I had a feeling this was another of 's OCs. 
He's definitely in contrast to Riley. I get this sense of peace when I look at Riley, very relaxed and subdued, yet with Felix, there's an immediate sense of caution. I think it's those piercing eyes of his.
As always, I love the designs you have (his tattoo and clothing).
