Got to head cannoning about how Aria feels and how she gets stresseD easily with new emotions, she willingly subjecteD herself to loads of studying to get her degree but she didn't take into consideration her parent's advice about taking a break, so reconnecting with anyone if they don't make the first move is often difficult for Aria.

So she often gets into these moments, she doesn't really have a healthy coping mechanism, but she's gotten better, despite her slow progress.
