Just a bit of a doodly of my favorite bad guys.In Order:
Sea King/ King Orin: The tyrant ruler of the sunken kingdom of Atlantis.
Grid/ Ronald Evers: An unlucky slave to his rogue cybernetic attachments.
Owlman/ Thomas Wayne Jr.: After the murder of his parents at the hands of an unknown gunmen, the young man spiralled into depression and insanity, training his entire life and using his family's fortune to try and make his Gotham a safe place under the rule of his iron fist.
Ultraman/ Kal-Il: Born to a family of strong military leaders, Kal-Il was rocketed to Earth to ensure the strongest of Krypton survive it's destruction.
Superwoman/ Nubia of Themyscira: An Amazon princess curious about the outside world and what it has to offer, leaves behind her island paradise to learn all she can about the outside world. And she's not impressed.
Zoom/ Hunter Zolomon: A deranged serial killer accidentally empowered by the very man sent back in time to prevent him from gaining powers, he uses his abilities to spread mayhem across Central City, the world, and even the multiverse.

Looking at these characters and how well-designed they are, I'm compelled to write a little more detailed backstories for them in another comment, just for fun. I've never liked the idea of the multiverse in comics, but I always thought the Crime Syndicate of DC was a nice touch.
