NO. On a randomly generated game it's mor fun to just go with the wind. Unless you get lemon mishap, then get that D6 charged ASAP.

D20 changes regular pickups eg. pennies, so you can either keep that or lemon mishap. I'd go with d20, since it can be used with a blood bank to exploit the penny drops and get a bunch of other pickups and trinkets.
Also D6 is better than the D20. After all, there's that chance that a reroll might get you epic fetus (I've had it happen) which is pretty much an automatic victory.
