thanx! looking at it now, it kind of looks ominous! she's crouched in the dark with that uncertain look on her face. in reality, the final result has a much less dramatic moment.

it's always been there, but it is much longer now. this also hints at how time has passed for her since being in prison last year.
and also a grim look into the future. in the freedom war saga, vicky's pony tail was very long. i've been teasing this out in case that future does come to pass.

i do these previews when i make an image that i really really like, but in the final product, it shows very little of the original image. you will be surprised how little of this makes it into the actual comic!

Every once in a while the same happens to me. I get a piece I like, but it's actually useless for the comic. I try to save those, but that's still a work in progress with how I use layers on GIMP.
