You don't need vista to use it. It should work on Windows XP, Mac OS X and i'm pretty sure Linux can use PNG images as icons.

I've had this icon for over a year (I made it for this desktop; third icon on dock), but didn't release back then because it looked bad at lower sizes. So this one is just a quick modification and better looking 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16 sizes.
