I really liked your previous fire starter, however, fire tigers and lions are so over-used that it's probably best to stay away from it. You were right to take him out, however I don't think Embant is going to be the replacement for him you were looking for.

I've seen your designs and, although Embant is a good fakemon, your other two starters seem a bit better in my opinion. Perhaps you could take some of your eliminated grass starter ideas and change the design to make them fire type.
