"Ugh" CeCe thought to herself as she weaved her way around the tables in the restaurant before making it to the restroom. "Why do the bad guys always interrupt my dates?"

CeCe pushed open the door into the restroom and moved swiftly to an emergency exit. Using a quick jolt of electricity, she temporarily disabled the alarm so she slip out unnoticed.

"Steven is a really nice guy, I hate having to lie and say I wasn't feeling well to cut our dinner short...maybe Marie can help smooth things out since she set us up..."

CeCe picked up her pace in the alley and pulled open her shirt, exposing the increasing familiar "L" logo. Quickly removing the rest of her outer clothing, as her physique changed into her normal heroic proportions (she typically "shrunk" her more outstanding physical attributes in her civilian identity to avoid attention), she was in her full Lia Lightning attire in mere seconds. After affixing her red mask, she ran her fingers through her Shadow Black hair. Thanks to a special nanite hair dye that reacted to her bioelectric powers, her hair changed color to her natural brilliant shade of Valkyrie Red.

"These bank robbers are going to get punched extra hard for this" she thought as she rocketed into the afternoon sky.
