Dr. Patel stared absentmindedly out the window of the large open office, tapping her pen against the side of her face.

It was a beautiful summer day in Geneva, Switzerland and Jasmine was spending her time filing out paperwork detailing her and Matt's trip to Central America where their humanitarian mission for Doctors Without Borders almost ended tragically when the local cartel kidnapped and imprisioned the duo. And Jasmine was trying her best to come up with a coherent story without revealing that she...or, more specifically, her Amazonian alter-ego of Wonder Lotus single handedly defeated the heavily armed militia and recovered the medicine and supplies earmarked for the local villages.

Seeing the streets below bustling with families and children enjoying the fesivities made her think of her younger days on the island of Themiscyra. There were two main "houses" for the young Amazons. Those who excelled in their studies were part of the House of Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom. While others who showed an aptitude towards combat joined the House of Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt. Many days, Melinda and herself would have their noses in books and parchments in the expansive library and Tiffany would tease them from the window as she and the other girls sharpened their physical skills and attributes underneath the bright sun, blue skies, and fresh air. Jasmine smiled as she reminisced. Some things never changed. Melinda was the most well-versed in Amazon and World Laws, Tiffany oversaw the entire Amazonian military and was a briliant strategist to go along with her unrivaled combat skills, and Jasmine's medical knowledge was nearly without peers. But there was always a fun rivalry between them. And the twin daughters of Mel and Tiff embodied the best parts of both.

Jasmine continued writing and, satisfied with her explanation, placed the report in an interoffice envelope and walked it over to the mailroom and put it in the executive's slot. She walked back to the office and stood looking out into the sky through the large picture windows. Sitting back down at her desk, she opened up a recent article on a possible medical breakthrough.

Dr. Patel took notes on a nearby pad as she read, and was startled when her phone rang, breaking the silence as the chime played throughout the office. The number on the call screen wouldn't make any sense to most, the numbers not being part of any country's format. Which meant it was one of her sisters, on a private line known only to the Amazons who resided in Man's World.

"CeCe! To what do I owe the pleasure? Mm-hmm, not a social call. I'm sligtly disappointed. I would love for you and Allie to come meet Matt...yes, we'll make some time before you two go back to the University in the Fall. You were able to locate one of the missing artifacts? Mm-hmm, at a museum in Paris? Well, that sounds like a fun afternoon. Yvonne will be the contact. Perfect. Thanks for letting me know Ce, once we get it verified I'll make sure it makes it's way back home. Bye sweetie, give my best to Allie."

Jasmine quickly got to her feet, she was going to get some fresh air after all. And an afternoon in Paris isn't a bad way to spend time in the Summer.

She took out the two pins in her hair and it dropped down, draping her shoulders and back with her midnight locks. Unbuttoning her top button, to expose the silver choker, she ran her fingers across the red star. The Amazonian energy that was stored in the jewel now flowed through her, and the slim doctor began to become stronger, her physique changing to her "normal" strong and toned Amazon body. Her biceps were more noticable under her short sleeves and her bosom became more ample. Jasmine quickly opened up her blouse, showing off the red and silver costume that many of her sisters wore in Man's World. Removing her glasses, she started to spin which caused a bright, colorful light to start eminating from her body. In mere moments, the beautiful Indian doctor was transformed into stunning Amazon superheroine. Checking to make sure her silver tiara, armband, and bracelets were in place, she moved swiftly to the door that opened up to a small balcony where the staff could enjoy their coffee or lunch. Jasmine gracefully rose into the blue sky and smiled as she looked out into the horizon before taking off like a jet towards her meeting with Yvonne.

Jasmine (Wonder Lotus?) is back in her current home of Switzerland, headquarters of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières. But her AAmazon duties in Man's World also mean she's tasked to take on missions when the Twins aren't able to. Hopefully, that means just a uneventful visit with the beautiful museum curator Yvonne. Right?

Yvonne, in the main universe, is the heroic big cat known as Lionne. Does that mean she and her snuggly kitty partner Layla/Jaguara have super identities in this universe? And, if so, do they do anything else other than curl up next to each other in front of a fire?
