How different is this than watercolor?

It's like the perfect in between on acrylics and watercolor.  Add more water to the paint and it becomes closer to watercolors.  Very nice type of paint.

And Brad, always a beautiful job, hun

Cool, thanks for letting me know. I currently use watercolor to panel line the models I build but sometimes the paint doesn't flow into the cracks/panel lines and just beads up in one place. I was thinking that gouaches might have more "grip" as a wash than regular watercolors so I could avoid the pooling problem I have now.

Interesting, Ive never heard of using watercolors in such a manner. Fascinating! Perhaps Gouche would be best then

It's like a hologram... mainly because of the color... but it's really cool!
