Some puppies were abandoned in a parking lot and no one wanted to see them get run over on the highway, so now I have them. I've been training them to help them be successful in their forever homes. This is Casper. He wants to have at least half of your attention at all times and if you ignore him, he'll sing you whale songs until he falls asleep. He's a goofy boy and sometimes his enthusiasm gets him overwhelmed in training, but if you give him a chance to calm down he'll do his best to make you proud. He wants to be a part of things and know he's not forgotten. #fosterdog
