Digital Painting. 10 hours. Zoom in for details. fixed a few things that were bothering me. This so far has been my most successful work but this is only the beginning. Thanks for all the kind words everyone!Related content

I'd have to agree with a.deviantart.net/avatars/x/x/x… " alt=" " title="Xxbrokenwristxx" /> on this one. This is most definitely, without any shadow of a doubt, the perfect blend of space, atmosphere, landscape, and sky. I especially like how the guy in the picture is just looking at the falling of meteorites thinking, "Gee. I'm glad I'm not in the city getting hit by one of those things." It kind of gives the picture a beautiful human touch to it.
Given that, I must tell you that since it took you ten hours to do this, then you know like I know that these ten hours were spent as wisely as possible, and I commend you for that. Not only did you express the cosmic force behind the laws of space and time, but you also accurately depicted what would happen if a city were under siege by meteorites. Excellent work, my friend! Five stars.

This artwork is absolutely wonderful!
First off, I love how to mass of stars - that looks more like space - blends with the sky we are use to seeing. The city scape is magnificent, and I do not know how you were able to represent the lights illuminating from the city, or the intricate detail on the guy - but I commend you.

It is of great content and ideas, but the meteoras seem to be no longer in existance in the far-away sky, it is kind of vacant far.

I love all the small details you put into it, especially the light/glow effects of the meteors, flashlight, and city.
The posture of the boy is somewhat cliche, but I like how it's incorporated into a scene that isn't done often and is a bit unexpected. (The reason I say that is because it reminds me of so many post-apocalypse posters I've seen, and most of them are either about nuclear war or zombies. I like the pose being used with a naturally occurring event.)
If I were rating this, I'd give it 10/10 stars!
