LOOK AT MY BABY -smooches his bab face-

I've long felt disconnected from him, over the years where my personality changed and stopped intertwining with his. I created Daniel, based on my shyness. He held my introvert traits, very timid, extremely quiet around strangers, etc. But I've learned that while that is /a part/ of me, I've actually become quite social and easy to talk to, especially around faces I'm unfamiliar with.

I recently came across the term "ambivert" which means you hold both extrovert and introvert personality traits, with even its own unique sides of weaknesses and strengths

Ever since I've learned that I'm actually ambivert and have been for the past few years, I've realized that this was the lost connection I needed to express myself and feel through my bab Daniel. With that being said, his personality is definitely more matured and updated to match my own as far as socialization goes. He'll also hold my love for performing in front of others such as singing, dancing, etc (I'm thinking of even making him musically inclined just like I am! I don't recall any of my OC's being musically talented so this will help me even further in connecting with Daniel)

Weaknesses shall include having ADHD (like I do) a strong desire to work and be productive and organized, but lacking the focus to get things done (hella me), etc etc etc!

Music and Swimming is his primary form of relaxation. Video games, Youtube videos, cartoons is a great source of distraction. Hanging with friends and having a good time is a good way of killing loneliness, but sometimes the company can be too much, and Daniel (and I) definitely can enjoy time off to ourselves.

I love his rework honestly. All it is, is a change of colors, and a clean up on his previously shaggy hair. But you know what? The simplistic style of his design just fit him too much that he didn't need /that/ much changing.

However...~

Just like Salem, I wanted to give the new Daniel a really nice and complex alternative to his new and current look.

I freaking love how gorgeous Daniel looks here, and everyone and anyone who ever draws him, or commissions me to draw him, will have the opportunity to request/draw any version you like the most. He also comes with 3 extra alternatives on top of that main alternative. I was experimenting with color combinations, and generally playing with the layers and such and I came up with these

My absolute favorite is his monochromatic one. The green and orange could be best fitting for things like raves, or even halloween! I'm leaving all these options to myself or anyone who wishes to draw Daniel with whatever color palette they like the most. c:

By the way! This was totally actually a commission by the lovely lonelypride on FA ! ~

Trusted users and clients are eligible to commission me to draw my own characters. And lonelypride has been a return client, who's been very patient, kind to me, and respectful to my characters while also displaying a very deep love for a particular one... the very Daniel shown above :3c He commissioned me to draw a general pinup of Daniel (what was supposed to just be a doodle honestly) but I went ahead and cleaned up the lines, gave it full color, and decided to take it as an opportunity to finally experiment a revamped design for my babe~

Thanks again man for commissioning me, thank you again for loving my characters and respecting them as well as myself. Have some Daniel booty as a token of my appreciation<3 ~

oh p.s. I'm gonna make a quick reference of his unseen paws (hands) on the right side corner, but I'm feeling REALLY lazy now, and I'm gonna focus on cleaning up someone else's commission at the moment so-- his hands will come later (if at all) !
