CLICK FULL VIEW PLEASE!Heya! Long time no see. I worked on this guy during the weekend! I've always wanted a dope raccoon character specifically named Oscar,as raccoons are actually my favourite animals. They are really cool animals,pretty smart too.
Oscar is a sorcerer and was inspired by Shifu from Kung Fu Panda
He has a pretty cool background story that I'm planning to illustrate through some concept art pieces. I also plan to make a small animation of him 
The feather as well as the small skull he's wearing are a blue jay's ( cdn.wallpapersafari.com/11/20/… ) remains. Blue jays are such pretty birds...
His official design is the one on the left. The design on the right is an "extra" that I liked enough to decide to include it.
