I've been depressed all my life, and I found out I hav a 3x (or even greater risk) higher risk rate of suicide then most people (since I moved a lot when I was young), stress of highschool, when I'm gonna get therapy, and my sister made me feel worthless today.
I held back all urges to go to the the kitchen, grab a knife and cut myself like crazy.
I am too freakin depressed..)
