Very well done, has great potential to be a fully finished surreal painting (background and such)
Cheers!!

Thanks! I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad you like it
Dunno if I'll ever get round to colouring it and adding a background but it's a possibility some day.

This work is amazing
I like the way the tree is growing from the hand (looks very realistic) and the shading is perfect, but the pose of the hand seems a little uncomfortable (the forefinger and the other at its right should be a little bit closer together (unless there is a part of the root of the tree passing between these two fingers).
I also think that, maybe, the finger between the longest and the smallest one, should be a little thicker.
I really like this work (it's wonderful), and the idea is very creative
Great job!

Thank you for your critique. I really appreciate you taking the time!
Yeah, I just held up my left hand and drew it with my right hehe
Felt natural to hold it in that way but everyone's different

Interesting concept! It certainly gives you a new perspective- a hand growing a tree? Then perhaps the body is the Earth? Or do we all grow trees in our hands, lives and stories all their own?
Now, enough with my interpretation- first off, I love the detail and the lack of color in this picture, it really sets it off as well as the angle. I love the intricacy of the roots and the slight patterns in the tree truck. Overall, an amazing job!

Thanks! I never really thought too much into the meaning, but I'd have to say I like your interpretations, hehe
I appreciate your feedback, thank you so much for your comment

Enjoy I do! I found this as a favorite on another deviants page. (I find more fantastic works that way)
This concept is both unique and interesting. I love your attention to detail. This is an instant fav for me too!
