Firstly, please do not get offended. I have gotten into so much drama, because people did not like what I said. I only say this to benefit you, not because I hate you.
Oh my god, I love the colours. It's so vibrant and eye-catching. I love how you used a neon magenta, and neon cyan to ink it. They are two colours that make me come running. When I saw this in Project Comment's gallery, I immediately popped on here, just because my eyes were immediately drawn into it. I love it's smirking face, which is much like the Lucky Cat. I love the little patterns you applied on it's body. It makes it look as if it was ancient. I will definitely go check out Vaporwave, just because I saw this.
To improve this, you will just need to toggle and add minor things that will make it pop more. Firstly, you should make the facial features more distinctive. Instead of making it black, and matching it with the fur, instead, you should use a different colour. I thought that the cyan marks on their face were the eyes. Instead of using in real life stock photos, you should make it yourself. It will make it feel as is only one piece of art, instead of two different ones. You should also use lighting more effectively. Make sure that the semi-transparent area glows.

This is a good piece, I just love the colors and patterns you used for the cat. The shading is good and the design is very unique.
I wouldn't really change anything (although I would make the tails a little fluffier, that's just an opinion) Overall, this is amazing and I wouldn't change anything.
