Description Two of my favorite Broadway characters, Galinda and Elphaba from WICKED. The song "What Is This Feeling?" is maybe my favorite part of the entire show (after "Popular" of course ) and I've been fortunate enough to have been asked to sing Galinda's part a few times for benefit shows. Her squeaky voice is so much fun!

Characters belong to Broadway, not me unfortunately.

I'm trying to think what Galinda's curls remind me of...they're adorable!

Haha we're doing this song for our talent show at my school (me and my friends) but we have to "audition" and vote for the solos, I'm hoping for Elphaba, anyways that's a smidge off topic. Love this picture, amazing work. I especially love Galinda's hair!

This is great! This is probably one of my favorite parts of the show as well. I like how you made Elphaba's hair so shiny. It's a nice touch.

This is awesome! I love their faces...and Galinda's bow!

Ah the bow...bears a striking similarity to Ariel's bow, don'tchathink? Disney creeps into my art even when i'm not trying!

It DOES, now that you mention it!
Don't worry about it--Disney constantly invades my life. Or maybe my life just revolves around Disney...

This is great. I love Wicked. I saw it in Tampa two years ago, and I would have loved to see the original cast.

The song, by the way, is called 'What Is This Feeling?'

Gah! Epic fail by me...seriously i'm such a musical nerd I can't believe I did that...I've made fun of people for doing that...MUST FIX!!!

Yes, nothing can compare to the OBC; Kristen Chenoweth is one of my hugest inspirations for theater.

I love Idina, she's one of mine, but Kristen blew me away too.
Have you ever read the books by Gregory MaGuire? Wicked, Son of a Witch, and then the newest one that I can't seem to remember the name of? Haha. I've read the first two. They were very good. Although the musical and the book are a tad bit different, I love them both.

I've read Wicked, but not the other two. However, I have read MaGuire's versions of Snow White, Cinderella, and Scrooge. The one about Scrooge was a little dull to get through but I definately recommend the other two. I believe that there's even a movie version of Confessions of An Ugly Stepsister. (That's his Cinderella one)

I have Confessions, and yeah there is a movie, although I didn't know it was based off his book, I thought maybe it was just a coincidence, but I only caught the middle of it and I haven't read the book yet, so I wasn't sure. xD
