Wow!! It's really good!! Do you have any other tutorial on how to draw the body? I'm okay with heads, but I *cannot* draw a body.... I draw them out of proportion

Thank you!
No I don't, sorry! Drawing the body is exactly the same as drawing the head - practise makes perfect! Or almost perfect You could use the circle technique, but I find that it never works for me, I just have to go really slowly and keep taking a step back to review it. It also helps if you can hold it up to a mirror to flip the image - it gives you a new perspective so you'll spot flaws a lot quicker, because if you stare at it the same way around for too long, you get too used to it and think it looks correct when there may be flaws

[link] It's not very good, but as you'll see by reading the description, I'll be using it for 20 more horses, so I guess I'll improve eventually :3

Thank you, and I'm so glad that you posted this. I've been trying to find the best ways to shade in horses and I usually fail (epically), but your way is the best so far.

Thank you for the link! You're drawing is beautiful!
Handmade tortillions get better with time I think, or at least from my experience haha. They aren't expensive to buy though

You're welcome Haha, I never used to use one but as soon as I did I fell in love with it, makes the task somewhat easier, or rather allows for more precision
