This is my first ever Lino print, which i completed last month in an edition of five for university
I never realised just how labor and process intensive printmaking really was~! But its definitely worth all the frustration in the end haha. Need help with a title for this one though, i can't really seem to think of any this time - which is pretty unusual for me XD haha.I'll see if i can get a nice scan done sometime soonish - maybe...possibly
Time: more then 20 hours to complete the entire edition plus preparing and cutting the lino plate... my poor hands~!! XD
Materials: Black Ink, Stonehedge 245gsm paper, Lino plate, Speedball cutting tools

haha all that pain was certainly worth it in the end XD. I have a feeling the etching plates next are going to take even longer though~!

Oh god I have the same feeling too, but every time I hear that we're filing them I keep thinking that our plates are gonna turn into finger nails and we have to file them :S

No it won't, the world will turn into awesomeness with our extra finger nails in the world!!! Then we can use nail polish to decorate which will be a hell of a lot easier than filing
