I don't trust Ian Flynn writing these two does. I trust his wife, Aleah Baker, more who introduced the characters.

Did you see how Ian handled ThunderBolt in the newest issue?! Made ThunderBolt seem so much like a C - level character or lower.

And after Aleah made her have so much promise too... *sigh*

Ack!  Don't even joke! The thought of those two being at ends with each other just for the sake of consistency is upsetting enough!  But, real talk?  I'm pretty sure one's gonna bite the dust as the story goes on...

Seeing how they will appear on a 3 part secondary story called "Hidden Costs" I guess it is possible that one of them will die or get seriously injured. I totally think it's gonna be Cassia seeing how she is going to be fighting Bunnie D'Coolette. I hope Bunnie will go easy on her.

Well that canon wasn't explicitly accepted. That was just the artist's take on what her background could be. Ian Will probably incorporate some of it though.

They're probably just working for Dr. Eggman because they are afraid of what will happen to them if they didn't.
