Description
When one is the pompous style authority of Canterlot, one has to look the part as well.The design originally belong to someone else, but I can't find his work online anymore beyond one pic on Clipartmax. I felt the art looks great, if not perfectly so, so I decided to combine it with another Hoity Toity vector art. I rather like the result.
May or may not produce an Alicorn stallion version of this like with Blueblood.
