I really love playing The Last of Us, enjoy taking on some Infected and I adore it’s characters. Considering that HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us has became so good and well praised so fast, The Last of Us have never been so better than this. The character who stands out the most for me is Ellie Williams. Ellie is a young girl who has an immunity to the Cordyceps Brain Infection (CBI) and is one of the main protagonists alongside Joel Miller whom she stays close to. I really love how Ashley Johnson did an excellent job at voicing and mo-capping Ellie in both two games, it makes the character stand out so cute and loveable, but sassy at the same time. This kind of attribute makes Ellie Williams one of those tomboys everyone knows so much. You just gotta love Naughty Dog, because they love putting in tomboys in video games like Coco Bandicoot.

Because Ellie is a tomboy, I figured that I might put her in overalls. As explained in other deviations I made, I have a heart for putting females in overalls and I’m just in love with female characters in overalls so much. It’s just what I love doing a long time. I managed to draw Ellie Williams, it took about under an hour but worth it. This is Ellie Williams in her appearance in The Last of Us Part I, she is wearing her trademark red shirt with greyish-blue sleeves and her dark greyish-red and white sneakers. The overalls she is wearing is the real deal, her overalls are blue with a Firefly symbol on the back (although it isn’t shown in the drawing above) and she seems so happy and impressed at what she is wearing. Joel thinks that it suits her personality and her tomboyish attributes. I might draw in other female video game characters like Penelope in her appearance from Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Emma from The Quarry. Perhaps I might put more females in overalls, who knows, maybe I’ll put other characters in their anthro forms I will make for them.
