Listening to particular pieces of music helps. I was listening to a 45-minute "Jupiter Electromagnetic Emissions" on YouTube. I can't copy and paste links on this phone I'm typing with... otherwise, I would link it. The dreamlike nature of the sounds in the piece felt like it was channeling other realms into my brain. It really helped create this piece.
