They stood up, embraced, and kissed. After a minute, Katrina came up for air.

"Wow," she said, gasping. Samantha smirked.

"Being divinely powered has its perks. I can do this all night."

"Then shut up and do ME all night."

"As you-" Before Samantha could finish, Katrina lunged forward, locking their lips together again.

They were still kissing when Samantha gathered Katrina up in her arms and flew in the direction of her apartment. And all through that night, she could not think of a time she was more happy than in those long, tender moments.

It was good to be back together again.
