anyway, obviously you seem to be on a crusade to define what is art and what is porn. and yet from your own gallery, i think you might want to re-educate yourself a bit. i guess you have your own opinion. I have mine. At least i know I have won awards all over the world and published, so i guess i know a thing or two about what is art. but hey, every one is to their own opinion, including those without or with little experience nor things to back up their point of view.

I will see what the Admin decide on this image. I want to obey the rules of this site, but at the same time, I want to see how far I can push the guideline and still share nude "art".

You seem to misunderstand, he's reporting you for uploading images you found on the internet. Everything you upload on DA must be made by you, or you must have a filled out usage agreement from the original author.

oh right. then my sincere apology for the post above to Arakin Dunes. However, how does he prove that this is not my work? like do you need to find proof to accuse people of theft. its quite rude i would think to accuse someone something like that unless you have a pretty strong evidence.

I think he's assuming by the watermark logo on the image. (Though I personally can see that you've even listed it as your website on your profile, so it must be your site.)

accusing someone of stealing images from the internet is a pretty strong statement. to do so without even spending a few minutes of researching is just pure stupidity i say. oh well.
