really nice, especially i love her face and hair, it's so adorable!
but well i've noticed few mistakes here - first of all is her hand. in my opinion you should do it more detailed. second thing what i didn't really like was her dress. well i don't like that you put simple gradient there... it looks so cheap, sorry. also that you didn't add enough shadings there.
well as i said before her face and hair are just awesome, especially i love that cute blush. ^_^ also nice, original idea, especially dress's design. you're very good at drawing anime, but as everyone you need to improve, so good luck with it! ^^
