20 years down the road...this is the style I always wanted to achieve.It would take a lot for me to sell this.

The loose, easy brushstrokes really impress me, especially the cars, so fluid looking.

It's funny to hear you say that. This was the first thing I saw when I came to your page (from wb-skinner's) and I thought to myself "Wow, I really like that style"
It's moody, it's smooth, it flows together and in this piece it really portrays the cold environment of the city. Good job

Ja dat ken ik, ik kijk ook niet altijd waar een mede DAér vandaan komt....... en eh.... wow ! wat een compliment! bedankt.. dit is mijn eigen lievelings schilderij, gek genoeg, toen ik in Engeland was een paar jaar geleden, zag ik in een gallery een paar schilderijen met ook de thema yellow cabs, en vond het toevallig dat deze schilder het thema had gedaan wat ook naar mijn hart ligt.... leuk om te zien

yes.. i dont think i wold sell it for 10,000 dollars .. true! not that anyone would be willing to pay it... but even if they did.. i would not sell! ( my hubby thinks Im crazy) haha ! but money is not everything.. he says.. you could paint it again..... no way.. this is one.....and no more.
