The proportions look a bit off here. I remember his arms being bigger. Would you consider just making Diago comics?

Yeah, since I was doing a turnaround, I was a lot more conscious about proportions and making sure they all lined up correctly in all three positions. It's so different from how I normally draw where I just let it flow and be more expressive. But it's important for a character study to use more precise measurements, so maybe that's where the odd body proportions are coming from. I also notice that his shoulders are broader and his muscles are a lot more prominent.
And yeah, I've thought about making a Diago comic for a long time now. But it seems like anytime I consider doing a story seriously, I get weirdly insecure about it. When I make non-cannon comics and collaborations, there's no stakes and so I'm not afraid of messing up. But when it's "official", suddenly the pressure is on to make sure it's good and suddenly I don't know where to start. I second guess all my decisions. It's a weird point I'm at.

Dude, just go for it. Once you do, I'm sure you'll gradually get over your insecurity. It will be a very hard thing to start, I'm sure, but it will pay off in the end.
