Description I had a swap partner who likes ? Blocks. I decided to make a ? Potholder.

...it came out way too small. "But that's okay!" I told myself. "It's DS-sized now! And he has a DS; a DS cozy is far more cool than a potholder."

.....but when I went to take pictures, I realized it was just a liiittle bit too big for a DS... and fit my old Black & White Gameboy PERFECTLY.

You don't understand; PERFECTLY. And I had to pack it up and mail it away that same day.

*randomly comments old thing*
Now, how cool is that? If I had such a Gameboy, I'd really really want this. And if I had any crafting skills, I'd probably want to make one for my beloved Gameboy SP thus hiding the fact that it's the golden one with a Triforce, ohoho, or my DSi, or my phone, or my sketchbook...
Anyway, this is really great! (:

Aaah, a craft swap is like an art trade; you make something and trade it with another person. In this case, it was a swap run by the website "Craftster.org" It was 8-bit game themed, so I made this, a mushroom hat, and the Boy and his Blob amigurumi that's also in my gallery.

Yes, but the ? mark is done with duplicate stitch... And I used the #2 keyplate, thinking smaller stitches = no holes = better potholder, but because of that it got much narrower and didn't end up square. :\
