[link]The motion sickness past, I’ll be the first to stand.
Behind that weathered door, I thought it would be safest.
My head is dizzy now, I thought we’d overcome.
i've heard my art consists of depth-less, scratchy, unfinished sketches that show my lack of commitment and heart.
but if this doesn't prove that idea wrong, along with every drawing i ever make, from scrap to original concept art to completely colored fanart, i don't know what will...
i pour my heart into my drawings, no matter what the subject is. and i happen to find inspiration in good story-telling.

Your work has literally reduced me to tears on several occasions, and I can never stop obsessing over it. You always manage to completely astound me with both your natural gift of drawing people and your astonshing capability to capture the essence of every character you draw in their entirety. And frankly, I wish my sketches were as awesome as yours are. The fact that you can just toss a sketch up and it look flawless is just more testimony to your phenomenal talent. Plus, the fact that you've convinced me to read/watch every book/show you've ever drawn something for (that I haven't already read/wached 
EVAHHHRRR. I will cry. As will most of the people on this website, I promise you. Oh btw, you should read the book "Matched" by Ally Condie, you would totally love it.

I love art when it is sketchy and uncolored. I dunno. My best friend in high school is now an artist. She drew and doodled ALL THE TIME. I think you have to take each piece as is... Not every single thing you draw has to be cleaned and colored...
Besides, this is beautiful as is. I dont think it needs any changes at all.

This picture right here brings me to tears. There is so much emotion hdden inside those strokes of brilliance just oozing out in every possible way. I take one look and burst into tears of...joy? Amazement? Awe? All of the above.

This is seriously one of the most emotional pieces I've seen in a loooong time. I know you posted this a while ago, but this is seriously amazing (and I love Percy and Annabeth) but really? Whoever says that your art isnt inspirational, or emotional, or is too sketchy needs to check their outlook on life because they obviously don't have any feelings. Don't let them get you down because your art is beautiful and you put your emotions into it. My heart actually ached from looking at this, and that's not something that happens to me when I see anybody else's art. So congrats on your amazing talent! It really is amazing. <3

For more morale boosting, I've enjoyed your art for two fandoms and never felt that any of them were unfinished - emotion leaps off the page, so to speak, and this one is no different. You have an excellent grasp of body language and facial expression, and while I am always ravenous for your blurbs, the images always speak for themselves.

No, you have every reason to prove those butts wrong. Yes your art may be sketchy and not super tidy, but it is fanTASTIC work that shows a lot of thought and feeling went into it. Your work inspires many people (including myself) So when others say, oh you don't put any effort into it, just say well It's my style take it or leave it. Chances are they just want to feel better about their own stuff because its not as good as yours.

That person MUST'VE been blind. Because seriously, your artwork is amazing. Your ability to capture emotion astounds me beyond belief with every drawing. The facial expressions and body language you use in your drawings are so vivid and precise. In every piece you do I see bucketloads of heart and soul. Don't ever let those comments get you down.

That is so not true, You are a source of inspiration for hundreds of people out there and I hope you know it. Don't ever let comments like that get you down, because you have hundreds of people that you inspire and your heart and emotion flows through your drawings. Whoever said that was most-likely jealous.

But I always think when you make things, it only matters whether or not YOU like them, and if someone else doesn't, that's really their problem. For what it's worh, I think you have a HUGE heart and it completely shows in your drawings, and tons of other people share the same view <3

dont let anyone ever tell you that about your art. honestly i was just sitting here tearing up because of it, thinking about the effects of good art and music when i scrolled down and read that. while you posted this a while ago, and you probably feel a lot better from the loads of encouragement your loads of fans have dumped on you, i think i will tell you this anyway: you're a huge inspiration of mine. thank you for being on this site and letting people view your work. I've improved so much and a lot of it had to do with your work.

I'm just a sketch person myself, so I see nothing wrong with sketches, I think sketches in themselves have their own beauty and depth. So, I just love it
