Uhm I did my fiurst animation in PS CS4. I now wonder how to save it as animation - because when I save the gif it only saves th basic layer but not the animation D:

If you have frames in your file, and Save for Web & Devices->GIF it will save it as an animated gif.

Great tutorial. Its clear and simple and seems to cover all you really need to know. the one suggestion i would have is sticking in a larger copy of frames 3-10. You have a shrunk copy but i feel seeing the hands get closer and the emote move less in more detail would be nice. Other than that its an awesome resource

The bouncing looks pretty nice, and the tutorial is amazing, everything is very well explained. It's great how you cover how to control the speed of the emoticon when it is going up and down. Great job, and thanks for sharing!
