Description
Well, first time using this feature in Blender, so don't wonder if it doesn't look like skilled top notch CG, but now I have a dinosaur I can comb and give it some kind of hair cut XD (Blender has the so-called "Particle Edit Mode", that features a brush named "comb", so I can play the "Dinosaur Hair Dresser")I need to find out, if I can put more derived feather types on my dinosaur models, since Blender's hair seems to be nice for having stage 1 feathers (single, hollow filaments). Probably, digging into the particle system may provide a solution.

And the feathered one! I think I probably like this one a bit better. I feel as if the feathers blind the colors and soften the edges a bit.
A dinosaur hair dresser you say? You know, I've been looking to do something with my "hair". Maybe a majestic head of feathers? Can I set up an appointment?

They might blur the contours of the Neovenator, if it stood in a dark spot with some shrubbery around the ambushing theropod.
That sounds like as if you wanted some extensions in your "hair", which makes the raptor all fancy.

I have to admit at laughing at "dinosaur hair dresser". The feathers do look like Stage 1, so I'd say you achieved a good result with the "comb" for the Neovenator. Great work as always, C-Compiler.

Thank you a bunchΒ Β
Blender allows me to make the "hair" a bit thicker in diameter, so that they get a quill-like look.
