I’m taking some time off from drawing Time Scar and commissions just to kind of draw something for myself which I feel like I haven’t done for months.
I’ve been wanting to draw Nighttimepixels‘s design for Outertale Sans because I AM IN LOVE with both her design for him as well as her working of the setting and lore and such. Halfway through drawing this when I was colouring it I suddenly felt very self conscious and like “This isn’t what Sans looks like!” and I kinda balked a little bit X’D and felt bad for no reason like I am going to get heavily judged and criticised for it, or that people will suddenly think less of me for it. I dunno. But I kept drawing and I hope that feeling has mostly gone away by now ;w; I think it’s just anxiety trying to find something to latch onto.
That being said I’m really happy with the end result! 8′D I hope you guys like him too! (even though I still feel kinda weird about it for some reason)

This is the best Outertale art I have seen.
Oddly enough I find Outertale is... almost... non existent... despite so many people referencing it. I have yet to find a single comic on it that wasn't a two-panel joke or something. I have looked too.
Love the design, i am intrigued that he has a tool that shows he's a mechanic? So rather than a Sentry patrolling the outskirts, he is part of the outskirts maintenance crew? Interesting... do you have any links to ANY Outertale stories?

The Sad Space Nerd has a neat sense of style, I love those fluffy space clouds on his coat, they're gorgeous! I absolutely love the colours in this, especially those bright blue highlights, they're so pretty! The little white planet alignments are really neat too, fabulous work!
Can relate on the sudden self conscious feel, I've found myself falling into a bit of that recently :'D It's not a nice feeling, and the best thing for it is to push past it and upload.
