I would’ve let the comic spoil it, but it looks like Cosmo can indeed manipulate plants, which she couldn’t apparently do in Sonic X. I’ll mention more about this super-power, later.But....the heck? Why did Cosmo just do that to that Shadow-Empire-sided Koopa? That’s another mystery on the list in SSBF...
