Description
Went through some more country shots after =drewyboy suggested i put this up here! Good thing i did as theres quite a few i skipped overWas magic seeing this as you could actually look at the sun without going blind and as i've said many times, i don't usually experience it as i live on the east side of the Great Dividing Range!

Thanks Drew! Winter is meant to be better as the sun is at different angle and gives a much redder cast/sky, but i thought it pretty red when i saw it

Where exactly is this? and where abouts can I find somewhere in the West for some awesome sunsets?

This was at Parkes, near Orange/Dubbo which i guess is part of the Western plains and slopes.. basically its last of the slopes and any further out its just flat! I found the biggest hill in town and just hung around there for while.
I was thinking Armidale might be decent though? as you'd see almost right across to the plains/no hills in the way.. plus its close

Haven't been to Armidale in a while. Do you think even up in Dorrigo would get me some awesome sunsets? I could always go camping up Armidale I guess, it's not that long of a drive for me

Dorrigo might be the go! Though i'm not sure of any decent places that look west there? Would be awesome to go in winter to get the fog and smoke across valleys with a big sun!!
