Description A new reveal shot for a sequence in Vessel. This is the first time we get a good look at the old ship that looms over the city.The colonists in my graphic novel 'Vessel' arrived in an enormous ship that sits above the settlement even now. It's engines now act as the power plant for the colony. The ship has been cannibalised over the generations to build much if the city below it. It is now a derelict home to some unsavoury characters.

Thanks! I messed around for a while on this.  I can do a scene like this in 2-3 days now.  3D coat really makes 3d fun and fast, way less technical than the old style 3d approaches.

The city below is a few buildings reused as instances in keyshot so it is actually remarkably light.
