Concept of a movieverse Bluestreak, he's a little guy Also made him a lefty in terms of weaponry 'cause darn it, more alien robots need to be lefties! Why yes I am left-handed why do you ask...

*cough* Anyway, wasn't going to make him blue but the icy colors just seemed to fit, the idea is that his armor is actually iridescent; he has camouflage abilities similar to a chameleon, perfect for concealing himself on the battlefied and sniping enemies at close range (or at a distance, whichever is most convenient).

As for his name, the "official" explanation is that he talks a lot, "a bluestreak" as it were. Pssh whatever, that may be but I'd prefer to think it's because his special armor appears blue in its nuetral state, and he can run really fast. Streak of blue!
