Meet Dace, resident SeaWing cutie and one of the main protagonists of Fallout Pyrrhia: Heroes Die (working title). She's a really cool character (at least in my head so far) and I'm excited to work with her more. But careful, she's not what she appears to be...

At this point I think I'm going to stop creating new OCs (unless an important in-universe vacancy crops up) and get to work writing the lore of Pyrrhia and New Bridgeport in the Fallout era. I also want to make full character personalities and histories for the FoP OCs that I've already done art for. So get hyped!

I'll do my Fallout Pyrrhia protagonist, Dace, so y'all can have an early sneak peak of her character!
(oh man it's hard to give facts without getting too spoilery too soon)

1) Dace is a technopath, and can mentally manipulate computers or any moderately advanced electronic simply by being in proximity with the device.
2) This is not a natural power - she has it thanks to a neural interface that was implanted in her brain when she was a dragonet in the Elysium.
3) The neural implant also contains a great deal of information, nearly equivalent to an internet database, that Dace seems to be able to access at random. This allows her to come off as highly intelligent to those around her, although her actual IQ is nothing special.
4) She only dimly aware that she has a cybernetic device in her head, and has not the faintest idea of the role she will eventually play for Elysium.
5) Dace has always had some yell
