Description
WHIP YO HAIRRRR!!!!!ReAnna recently became a member of Die Hard Dolls , gaining the alias Porcelain Doll. One of her most noteable traits is her hair. For as long as I've known her, ReAnna's hair has always been a different colour. I think I saw it 'natural' once, but it shortly changed again. Either way, besides her stunning good looks and strong modeling poses, ReAnna's trademark is her hair. So when she came to visit me awhile back with hot pink hair, I immediately was like "WOW!". Add being up at an ungodly hour in the morning watching MTV and seeing Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" video, this concept came to mind for her. It was an amazing time from start to finish. We went to Home Depot, where the ladies as we walked in screamed "I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!" to her, and matched her hair with paint samplers. From there, we got some cheapy brushes and went to the studio at Graffiti Warehouse. Might I say, splattering paint on a wall is VERYΒ therapeutic. I can see why modern artists like to do it on canvas so much. Then came the challenge of how to make her hair appear to have been the cause of all this. Her reply, "Just grab a brush and splatter me too!" As a photographer, there is nothing like a model willing to get down and dirty for the sake of the concept. <3

Hahahaha at first I thought you did some serious photoshopping to get those colors but then I read the descrition and was like, "That's her REAL hair??! I thought only anime characters had hair like that..."
This is just absolutely so much fun to look at! Your enjoyment of the shoot really shows through. I usually find that the pieces that look the best are the ones I had the most fun drawing, too

This is super stunning! I love the concept and I love having fun with art, too; I think that's why I love this so much, because you both just went to town having fun decorating everything.

You have no idea. I think everyone should have a wall in their house that, after a really stressful day, they just grab some paint and fling it at the wall. <3
