Okay, I really wish devaintART would place a spiritual category under paintings and airbrushing but obviously they haven't gotten around to it. So with that in mind I'm telling you know that this is spiritual as you can see. I won't go into details for right now so why don't you all guess and I'll let you know what it all means.
Or you could just leave me a comment or a critique. Whatever tickles your fancy. 
All done in Photoshop CS and took about 2 hours. Thanks all, for looking!

Nice concept, it took me a second to catch on to it being Jesus' hand, but I think it's pretty clear and I'm just thick. xD;
I think one thing that could help it be stronger is a more dynamic hand. Remember that everything in the hand is in an arc, from the first knuckle to the last, relating on out to the fingertips. Also, it's rare for all the fingers to be extended fully, in most hand gestures. Usually the last few are relaxed, or some are folded up.
I know I see a lot better with pictures than words, so I took a quick picture with my webcam and tried to get a similar angle with my real hand. [link]
Of course, I just now realize that your image is a year old, but hopefully this little crit can still be helpful to you. ^^
Using your talents for God one of the most important things you can do in this life, so always take it seriously and do your best when you're illustrating for Him. The better you get, the clearer His messages can come across unhindered to people who look at your work.
It's always nice to see other Christians on DA who're doing spiritual art (not that my gallery happens to have any, come to think of it xD; ).

Very good intention, the grass is a bit large, it makes me to se the tree really small in a perceptual mode, but i think that this isn't a problem x)

Thanks for you input. I noticed the grass being a bit large too. I need to work on that aspect a little bit because I haven't done much with grass before.
