love this. though i can't seem to get my squares square, i end up with retarded rectangles.

that's very clever, to use beads to make the little dots

I thought to use small pieces of white clay to do the dots but beads are better because every bead has the same size. And when something with dots is wrong you can easly mend it.
But I believe the way you do this is good too!

oh, but your way is much better! you get the dots the same size and the alignement improves too
