Price for use my drawings that already made as promotional material is 50$ per picture.

As for the picture with mermaid and Neptune, I cant allow you to use it, sorry - this picture was made as paid commission and belong to person who ordered it.

Hello..
We had corresponded before on your Neptune painting that we have been allowed to use as our fb profile pic for our Krewe of Salacia..
It's all finally coming together!!
Each year we would like to commission you to paint a similar portrait without the Neptune on it making the Salacia look more like the reigning Queen of the year...
I couldn't access the prices...
Can you send to me?  Also, what will you need from us?  Pic of Queen?
Also, How long will it take....can it be ready by Feb 1...

Also, there are so many bill morgan who you did the original pic for that I'm not sure which one to pic...was he from Fayetteville...we want to reach out to him and see if he is still interested in riding in our parade...
