love how subtle the tears are and all the expressions on the masks. you captured the emotions really well. the lighting is magnificent <3

It's a concept and idea that many people think of - a person wearing a mask to hide their real feelings. Pretending to laugh/smile/whatever, while they really cry - which I think is very interestingly played off here.
What's further interesting is wondering if she's about to remove ANOTHER mask, due to the hairline and hand placement...@_@ It really does make one wonder, what further she may be hiding, then...
Plus, there appears to be blood on one of her hands ... Another thing that makes one wonder @_@.
On top of all this, this piece is gorgeously executed. Beautifully painted and laid out. It's just extremely well done and a must-fav, I think. This is so beautifully done.

this reminds me a lot of Hexadecimal from the CG series Reboot back in the day like if she was a real person or something. Wonderful job with all the expressions and the shading/texturing of all the masks.

This is stunning. The position of her hand makes you wonder if she is wearing a mask. But the general feel of the picture makes me think that she was looking for some way to hide the sad (i think) expression on her face, maybe to stop the world from seeing what she really feels. Absolutely amazing.
