it started in the episode "dragonshy". if you look in the bg at one scene, lyra is sitting on the bench like a human would. after the fanbase noticed that, they started to think lyra had some kind of human complex. so now theres jokes about how lyra wants hands and human lyra wants to be a pony. if you need more info, go to knowyourmeme.com and look up "sitting lyra". hope this helped~

Hehehe, love the Sweetie Belle avatar. And yeah I've seen sitting Lyra, but that didn't make me think she has a human complex... Then again I'm not deep enough into the fanbase to care I suppose. That or I'm too busy obsessing over Luna.
