"What do you know?! I was asleep the last 200 years, just to see that everypony close to me died. And they not just lived their lives and died peacefully. They got killed by some fucking bombs! I lost an eye when I got attacked by some insane ponies, and had to learn how to use a weapon from one second to another! So don't tell me that you understand my situation!"I simply had to draw her that way again. This time, I added a bit more of my own style. ^.^
And I tried to come up with a little background story. I would develop it more, if my grammar wouldn't suck.

Hey looks like we both have something in common! 200 years is a big difference huh! One second im at the M.O.A. hub in hoofington the next! BOOM! 200 years in the future. Lucky for me I already knew how to use a weapon considering my *KZZT* [REDACTED] *KZZT* Ugh... I hate that damn fail safe... Anyways! Energy Weapons and Cybernetics specialist at your service ma'am! Mind if I look at your eye for a second? I think I may be able to optimize the CPU help it run a little smoother. Eyes are always the most fiddly bits when it comes to cybernetics I tell you. I could also enable the targeting cross hair if you'd like. Its a simple dot-circle configuration. The dot is where your gun is pointing the circle is where you are looking. Look at the target line up the dot and fire at will. This can be disabled while not in combat however. Aaaaand theres my "salespony" sub-routines coming out again. *sigh* I hate it when these damn sub-routines come out. Sorry about that...

Its not adorable because the story really attempts to set the mood, but its like a teddy bear trying to threaten you. Real hard to be scared of.

But at first, I don't think she's chubby, it's just my art style. Then I don't want her to be scary. I simply didn't design her as a FO:E character, but wanted her to be a part of it. She was born before the great war started, then she was put asleep shortly after it began. 200 years later, she woke up, so she got her Cutie Mark before that whole shit happened. I hope my grammar isn't messed up that bad. ^^'

That's what I wanted to accomplish when I designed her. Then I read Fallout Equestria and simply had to make fan art with her. I know that she doesn't fit there well, and that's the reason why I rarely draw her that way.
