it's a capsule toy from Japan (gashapon), there's a whole series of miniature consoles from various companies. They also come with accessories like small cables and games that can be put into the miniature. Mine came with a teeny-tiny cartridge of Donkey Kong, which I think might be randomized as well as there are more cartridgesΒ with different game titles stickers on.
