I originally started this picture FOREVER ago and finally sat down and finished it after some urging for me to actually finish some work from friends.I was inspired when someone gave me a little wooden duck earring.

Aww.. that's so cute! Your story is reminding me of 'little wooden boy' from The Tick - but, actually cute instead of kinda creepy..

It's ok, a lot of people don't know much about it. That part was where the Tick's sidekick fell in love and wasn't around as much anymore so he made a little wooden boy to be his companion.. which didn't work too well as you can imagine since he couldn't talk, etc. Then they all ended up in a whale, and they needed to make a fire to get the whale to sneeze and let them out and.. yeah.. : /
Anyways - I've noticed that you put so much mood and feeling into your work. I think that's something that draws so many people to them. You really have a beautiful gallery of work built up - you should be very proud. : )
