take all this with a grain of salt! This is what I do to help me do more fluid poses! it depends all on you as the artist however you want to manipulate shapes, curves, lines, and etc to make poses look best for your style!I am no expert in anatomy or natural poses of course haha

The red line in the middle of the 3rd image I drew! It's hard to explain, but it follows the basic flow of an image and helps you visualize / understand the motion of your pose (?) you can google it to get better explanation!

Personally, I like tutorials that don't show techniques, but more the concept behind such techniques. The "why" of stuff is what I like to learn. x3
