i feel like i haven't made a big piece like this for myself in ages LOL, but this turned out to be more of a chore than a fun experience ;\ but it's alright bc I'm happy with how it came out mostly!!Related content

This is overall an amzing work!
I really enjoy the composition and size/shape of the canvas you used, as well as how you added a sort of glow to the highlighted edges of the roses. The shading on the fabric flows very smoothly, though I feel like the entire outer edge of the characters silhouette could have had a small highlight? Sort of like hot it was on the right-hand edge of her skirt( not stage right, actual right, haha)
the shading on the scaffolding is very detailed, and the light blue undertones in the characters lineart adds that little subtle detail I absolutely fall in love with <3

thank you! and I see what you mean. I almost did something like that but it looked a bit awkward to me since the lattice / flowers should be blocking any direct light hitting that side of the skirt, so I just left it.
